We have a black capped conure and dusky conure. We switched their food just a few months ago (which was a mix both Roudybush pellets and Island Treat seeds) to this brand and coninued to mix these seeds with the Roudybush pellets. While our dusky’s weight remained unaffected, our black cap’s weight has skyrocketed from avg 65g-70g to 80g. He loves it and has clearly been eating a lot more food since we changed the brand. We are currently shopping for alternatives which aren’t so filled with sunflower seeds, etc. Bottom line, keep an eye on eating habits and weight gain.

My conure loves this food! The mix is fresh, colorful, and has a nice variety that keeps my bird interested. The ingredient quality is great, and it smells fresh right out of the bag. It gives good nutrition and I’ve noticed my bird has more energy and a shiny coat of feathers. Perfect size pieces for conures and lovebirds.
