Snookums, our sun conure, loves it. We bought him a second one. It is cardboard and he is a hookbill parrot 🦜 so I am surprised that it has held up so well.
It’s nice clean unused cardboard and plastic shrink wrapped to seal out dirt and dust so that it’s pristine when introduced to the cage.

My birds love this and chew it / scratch it daily. It’s a little hard to clean which is why I knocked off a star but it is cheap and cardboard so not much can be done about that. It’s good quality for the price and this will be used until it meets it’s inevitable end.

This is a great little perch, my little knucklehead is on his second one. It won’t last too long, if your bird eats on it seeds will get stuck in it and he/she will dig them out! You can clean its little bit and turn it over a few times but other than a damp rag it can’t be washed. I like repurposing parts and if you have access to thick cardboard or even scraps of pine cut the lag bolts out and reuse them! All in all this is a fun perch for your bird.

If used as shown, birds poop all over it and it can’t be cleaned. The alternative is to hang it from the ceiling so they can chew on it, but not poop on it.

My green cheek loved this, lasted about a month for her since she’s not the biggest chewer, definitely the quickest she’s torn something up, which is a good thing! It’s ment to be shredded!

My green cheek shredded this within two days. I’ve never seen her so fixated on chewing/destroying something. Beware that you might be buying this more as a toy than as a perch!
