This is a high quality fly sheet for your equine partner. The fabric is flexible, nylon, fine mesh for comfort and protection – protection from flies that goes from head to tail!
The neck cover is detachable. The belly strap adds security from slippage and protects the belly from bites – and can also be removed if you decide you do it like it. I really appreciate all the flexibility for customization that goes with affable / removable pieces (different horses have different preferences).
While I prefer clips on the chest closure, buckles are more standard and they are stitched securely and work well. The belly straps are easy to use and secure. And the back leg straps came in a good length for immediate and helpful security.
The front gussets improve mobility for the horse playing and running in the pasture – although can also increase the risk of tearing (in my experience. . . maybe they catch on fences or trees?). Mine had not torn yet, and I do check every day.
