As we discover more and more about bird nutrition, Roudybush for me has become very much a backseat formula. I think there are much better and more effective formulas for pelleted diets for birds. But I have to say I recently couldn’t get a hold of any of them, so as a last resort I bought Roudybush, and my conure went absolutely nuts for it. That to me is the strongest hallmark of Roudybush—birds really like it. Although, when you consider that its formula contains a lot of grain fillers, that aren’t the most nutritionally sound for any of us—bird or human—it makes sense why birds prefer it over other formulas I mean, what humans don’t like Cheerios and Fritos every day!
Okay, I know I’m being overly dramatic here, but in your bird nutrition research, do check out formulas like TOPS and Harrison’s, then make your own choice…

Has a lot of important nutrients that are important for a bird’s health. Especially good for birds who refuse to eat fruit and veggies. My bird likes to make soup with this stuff, I personally have never tried the soup but she likes it and that’s what is important.

I have been feeding my parrots this delightful bird food for years, and it has consistently been their absolute favorite. I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with this product, and it undeniably deserves a perfect five-star rating. Here’s why I believe this bird food is exceptional.
First and foremost, the quality of this bird food is outstanding. It is carefully formulated to meet the nutritional needs of parrots, providing a balanced and complete diet. I have witnessed the positive impact it has had on my parrots’ overall health, vibrant feathers, and energetic behavior. Their well-being and happiness are a testament to the excellent nutritional value of this bird food.
My parrots absolutely love the taste of this bird food. Their enthusiasm during feeding time is a joy to witness. The variety of seeds, nuts, and other ingredients incorporated into the food offer a delectable and enticing blend that keeps my parrots eagerly coming back for more.
One of the aspects that I appreciate the most about this bird food is its consistency. The quality and taste have remained consistently excellent over the years. The manufacturer’s commitment to maintaining high standards is evident, and I have never experienced any issues or changes that could negatively impact my parrots’ enjoyment or health.
The packaging is practical and ensures the freshness of the bird food. It is resealable, allowing me to store the food safely and maintain its quality for an extended period. The clear instructions and nutritional information on the packaging provide additional peace of mind, knowing that I am providing my parrots with a well-balanced diet.
Furthermore, this bird food offers excellent value for its price. The quantity provided is ample, allowing for a long-lasting supply. The cost-effectiveness of this product ensures that I can consistently provide my parrots with high-quality nutrition without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, this bird food has been a staple in my parrots’ diet for years, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Its exceptional quality, delicious taste, and the long-lasting enjoyment it brings to my parrots have made it an indispensable part of their lives. If you are seeking a premium bird food that is sure to please your feathered companions, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It has undoubtedly earned its well-deserved five-star rating in my experience.

The size is good for small parrotlets, and apparently overall good for picky birds. My parrotlets had a hard time switching from different pellets in the past, but ran to this to munch on with little hesitation as if it was a bowl of popcorn and had zero issue. I was thinking I’d have to gradually ratio out the old food to get them adjusted, but they don’t mind at all. We are switching away from Zupreem and All Living Things because of fillers and dyes. They like this food so much they don’t even waste the tiny crumbs – they pick them up. I’m shocked. We’re officially converted! I’m feeling very grateful to have them enjoy a nutritional pellet that is actually decent with good ingredients.
We are also going to add TOPS for a little variety in the bowl.
