I got two sets and was so disappointed. They are SO small. There is no way it would last a horse more than an hour or two. So I decided to repurpose for my small little Nigerian goats… who chewed holes through them. What a waste!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Useful Mid sized nets:
1-2 pack is great idea as you always can use new nets.
These nets will fit 2-3 flakes in each, but 3 maybe pushing it. The nylon is strong and the spacing between the holes is perfect for the horses to get enough but not too much at once (2×2 inch)
It would have been nice to have the include a carbineer clip or 2 for hanging easier, all you get here is rope ties
Longevity? Maybe ? Always need to be replaced eventually. The nylon is pretty thin but will suffice on the job, as you already know these have limited life anyway, so getting a 2 pack on this price is a great value.
I will update to review the longevity if its unusually short.

I got these for my horse stalls and it really helps keep the hay clean until it’s eaten.
My horses really like to make a mess and these prevent that. It also helps keep them from eating too fast, it slows it down a bit than just grabbing big chunks.
So far the nets have held up great, very durable and do the job very well. Very happy with it!

Durable hay nets that handle a full herd. These hay bags are holding up great with my goats and have become a regular part of the feeding routine alongside my other slow feeders. I put both from the 2-pack out at once, one in the main grazing area and one by the shelter, so the whole group doesn’t pile up in one spot fighting over hay. It cuts way down on the scattered mess and wasted bits that used to get stomped into the mud.
The 2-inch holes force them to work a little for each mouthful instead of vacuuming it all up fast like they do with loose hay or bigger openings. That slows eating enough to stretch meals out and seems to keep digestion steadier with less gorging and bloating. I fill each one with a couple solid flakes or loose hay (plenty of room without overstuffing), cinch the drawstring snug, and clip it to a fence or post. The drawstring hasn’t loosened or slipped even when they’re ramming into it or yanking hard.
No tears, fraying, or weak spots showing up yet despite the constant aggressive pulling from so many goats. It’s been through rain, wind, and dry spells outdoors with no real wear. The rope stays smooth enough that it doesn’t rub their muzzles raw, and nobody has gotten caught or hurt in it.
For the two-pack price, it’s worth it just for the hay we’re saving with this many mouths to feed. These stay in rotation now and make managing the herd easier. Solid buy for goat owners.

These haynets are very small, not suitable for full size horses. Better suited for small animals, goats, minis or ponies. Don’t hold much hay, maybe a thin flake, at most. The size of the haynet, what it could hold & large or small animal suitability should have been stated in the description.
