Just a few drops gets TDS right where you need it to be. But check often you can over shoot your target number if you just dump a cap in, few drops stir or shake test, add if needed. Moved away from the powdered stuff after finding this and its all i use now. Soon as i re-up my 5gal jugs i get my RO very close to 110-120 ppm for new set ups, and adjust as needed

Great item. I followed the directions, minus a little bit, as I wanted to go slow. Changed water, maybe 10% , and added the Remineralizer liquid. All the Cardina shrimp doing fine after 24 hrs. The bottle is huge and is good for many many water changes. GH and Kh are stable. No ph swings. Good quality product. It mimics the exact home habitat of Cardina shrimps, apparently.

This is the only re-mineralizer I use. I mix it into a 5 gallon home depot bucket filled with RODI water and it hits a perfect 3-4 GH every time. Makes water changes very easy. I don’t recall having even a single shrimp die from water changes. As an added bonus the bottle gives you a lot of doses

I’m kinda hooked on this brand. I think by now I’ve tried all of their products, and – like literally everything else I’ve tried from them – this one doesn’t disappoint. The dosage is very easy and consistent, which is something I can’t say for pretty much any other caridina water conditioner. It dissolves very quickly, so you don’t have to wait long to get the tds measurements for when you’re mixing the water to add to your tank, which is a bonus. It includes 6% trace elements, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen in a conditioner, but – like their vitamin powder – it’s something I personally supplement my own body with, so I bet it’s even more impactful on tiny shrimp that live in the water. I know that molts and reproduction have both been high since I started using this. I can’t guarantee it’s because of their water conditioner, but I suspect that’s part of it – and it clearly hasn’t hurt!
It says that it’s appropriate for caridina and neocaridina, but for me, I prefer a product which is specifically for neos, but for all of my caridina tanks, this works fantastically.
If I have one gripe about the company, it’s that a few times I’ve gone to buy something (lubao and bacteria powder), & it was out of stock. I guess that means either it’s not crazy mass-produced, or I’m not the only one who like their products. Probably both.
OH, also, the bottle is huge & the conditioner is super concentrated. I haven’t calculated it, but seriously, I’ve got a bunch of tanks & I don’t think I’ve used 10% of a bottle in the months since I got it.
