I can’t really review the product or how well it works because my picky parrotlet absolutely refuses to try it. He also hates the oil and most other foods that other parrots love. Hopefully it works for others.

I was a bit skeptical if this product would actually work but I am so glad I gave it a shot. I never wrote reviews but this stuff has possibly saved my bird. When I got my bird Pickles she had no tail. I had taken her to the vet a few times but they said that her tail barbering would just go away on its own but it made me nervous every time she did it because it would often times break the feather and cause it to bleed. I have been giving her 1/2 a teaspoon every day now for a few weeks and the difference is dramatic. I would definitely use this as a supplement and not a main food source I mix mine in her chop and pellets to ensure she eats it. I will say it doesn’t completely stop the behavior I notice her trying to barber still, however she’s actually been letting them grow out instead of barbering so bad she breaks the feather and bleeds. I am happy to say that this stuff works!! If your bird is struggling with feathering barbering or plucking it’s definitely worth a shot to try this. The bag has plenty of product and even after over a month at least of putting it in her food daily I have barely used any. I would say it’s the best option out there as far as supplements for birds goes. Other products are significantly more expensive and while I cannot judge how well those work I will say this has worked for me. I haven’t tasted it so i don’t know if it’s good but Pickles seems to like it or at least not mind. I would highly recommend this product to any bird owner struggling with barbering and plucking or at least just give it a try because it has helped my baby so much.
(TLDR: It works!! Great for plucking and barbering please give it a try if your bird is struggling! Best deal for money also!)
