I loved the set at first. Thought it would be great for my Conures. However my very smart birds figured out how to open the lid of the feeder, push the seed catcher out, remove the cover from the water container and also presses the tip of the water container “for fun”, which in turn make a mess on my floor. I would suggest this product for other birds but not conures.

I absolutely love both the feeder and the waterer. We are using both of these items in a cage for a small batam hen and they work like a charm. The design is awesome. You can adjust the feeder to how much drops down at a time and what would normally be wasted goes into the bottom of the feeder in a slide out container. It’s very easy to remove and the mess is minimal. Both seem to be very durable and should last for a long time.

The waterer was the only one I could find like the one my bird had that I stupidly lost the seal for. These are so much better than the trough waterers where birds stuff the troughs with seeds and fruit (I think they’re trying to make hootch .lol.) and bad smelling rot and mold develop. I can’t use the food feeder, so it would have been ideal to have been able to buy just the waterer.

This no mess bird feeder works great. We had a different one before this and I found the larger pieces in our food mix would clog the sifting area where the shells would collect. Also, the small seeds would automatically go through the sifter and many would not get eaten. This one still works, but it makes it so more of the food gets eaten and the large seeds can come down like normal. It’s super easy to install as well. You set it in and then hook the spring on the outside of the cage. Our last one had a bolt that had to be attached at the top and we had to unscrew it every time we needed to wash it.
The last waterer we had that came with our feeder set was great. It had a large area to drink from which our cockatiel really liked, but he started perching right on top of the water dispensing area. That meant that there was constantly poop in his water. I am hopeful that this waterer will be a solution to that problem. For now, he hasn’t taken to it yet, but I am giving him a little time to discover and get used to it before I take out his other water. It’s a little differently in that he has to nudge the water to make it come out to drink.
Great set of food and water dispensers for any bird owners.

Perfect for my Parrotlet. My GCC has a bit too much fun just raking out the seed.
They both use and like the water bottles as a backup if they have too wild of a bath in their water bowls.
