While it does hold a ton of feed, reducing the frequency of refilling – it’s messier than standard feed cups, believe it or not. Seed and chaff everywhere, especially when removing the chaff cup at the bottom. Easy to fit and remove when needed and the quality and sturdiness are great. Just not the magical clean that is claimed.

This feeder is a smart little upgrade if you’re tired of seeds ending up everywhere. It holds a good amount of food for small birds—seeds, pellets, treats, even cuttlebone—and keeps everything in one easy spot for them to reach. The automatic refill design works well, and the shells drop into the lower drawer so you can empty it without making a mess.
Installation is simple. You can attach it to the cage door with the included screws or just set it inside. The lid lifts off for quick refills, which I appreciate because I don’t have to take the whole feeder out every time. The clear acrylic is sturdy and gives you a full view of the food level and your bird while they eat.
It’s sized right for parakeets, budgies, finches, canaries, and other small birds. Overall, it does exactly what it promises—and it’s absolutely worth it for keeping seeds contained instead of all over the floor.

I love this feeder. Less food waste since the shells end up in the discard tray and the fresh food comes down naturally into a separate area. My issue with my old feeder was throwing out a mix of good food and shells leading to waste.
The size is perfect. Fits the cage without issue and holds a lot of food the clear color plastic makes it easy to see when it times to add the food or clean out the discard tray.
Very good quality, the plastic is durable and holds the weight of the food and the birds without issue.
Overall great value for the price. I definitely recommend for any bird owners

It shouldn’t be difficult to find a great feeder at a reasonable price but I’ve really had trouble finding one. Then this one came along! Here are my thoughts.
Pros:
+ This feeder has a large area for seeds and snacks. My old feeder got clogged with even the smallest pieces of kibble or fruit. So far anything with the smaller side less than 10mm and the longer side less than 1” has fit through perfectly. It has a food dispenser opening of 10.2mm tall and 75mm wide (about 3” wide)
+ It’s crystal clear so I can see exactly which seed mix is inside and I would be able to see any food quality issues easily.
+ There’s a little perch about an inch outside of the unit. There’s space for smaller birds to step further into it if they can’t reach.
+ Food can be added from outside the enclosure. The lid removes for easy cleaning and easy refills.
+ They actually planned for debris capture! I really appreciate that design feature. Shells, hulls, and other debris drop down into a removable lower cup. I absolutely love this design!

The Pawfly bird feeder is wonderfully designed. Because it is clear, you can easily see how full the seed is without having to guess. It includes a perch for the birds to stand on comfortably while eating.
One of the best features is the slot that allows seed shells to drop into a convenient tray, which is easy to remove and empty. The feeder is designed to attach to the cage door area using the included hardware. Our cage doors are too large for that type of installation, so I temporarily set it on a corner perch until I add a larger shelf.
The design and quality is excellent, and it is well worth the cost.
