Excellent product. My Ollie is very picky. He takes the pill quite easily (he thinks the pill is a treat). I tried brushing– it didn’t work BUT the chew is a hit.

(UPDATE: one of my girls developed a very elevated alk phos liver enzyme, which can happen with ingestion of cyanobacteria, ie, seaweed. So, I had to stop this product. She has a recent relapse of mast cell carcinoma, which may be a contributing factor. Good news: significant improvement after 3 months off this supplement, just in time for a major surgery. Advise using extreme caution when sick or weakened dogs use this product. I have revised my rating downward because of this.) My pups are getting older, so teeth-cleaning under anesthesia is getting risky. Vet recommended a seaweed powder-based product, but I switched to this when it ran out. One of my dogs is bit picky, and the powder was a little dramatic at times. Some days she’ll take this chew, some days not. But she’ll always eat it broken up in her food. The other dog will eat anything, anytime. 1 year in and no need for cleaning. Miss Persnickety had a little plaque, but not much. We’ll see about next year. Overall, I’m pleased with this product.

Seriously wow! Not freaking kidding. I just went to brush my cotons teeth and to get a look at them. He had massive thick tarter build up on back teeth and stinky breath. Didn’t really think this would work but worth a go. I also added come CET to water. To my amazement his tarter is literally chipped off. I just used my nail to finish the last piece that was on back tooth. His gums are bleeding though so I do t know if it’s from the chipping away from tarter or if there is more tarter under gums. Gonna take him in to be looked at and save for a professionally cleaning. For now, I am truly shocked at this product. I hope it continues to help him 🙂 thanks

I purchased this for an older dog that has some dental issues. My biggest concern was whether she would actually eat it or not. I’m not going to tell you that she gobbles it down but she does take it on her own without being forced. It seems to be helping, though I am also using a couple of other products with it. Dental care is so important and being proactive can ultimately save your dog’s life.

I have been using this product for years and I have never had any issues. It is easy to use and works great! When paired with regular chews, plaque comes off and stays off my dogs’ teeth. Even our vet has commented on how great our senior dog’s teeth have been his whole life.
