I chose this vet wrap from AVINLI to use on our 9 year old dog. She had always had a habit of licking her leg. At times it gets out of control- and her licking creates a wound. We do our best to stay on top of it so that we can wrap her leg before it gets to a wound. This wrap compares to the type used when I give blood. My husband calls it coban.
Wrapping and continuing to rewrap her leg when she removes it – is what we have figured out it takes to protect her. If she removes the wrap, we rewrap within a few minutes. After a couple of days, she stops removing the wrap herself and we just remove it to put a fresh bandage on her.
This type of wrap is what we use as the second layer. We use a non-stick 4×4 pad, a layer of this and a layer of a tape that is wide but most resembles adhesive tape.
This wrap is a good quality and works well for our purposes. The price of $6 at the time of this review is a fantastic value in my opinion. We have had other vet wraps with this paw pattern and in similar colors – that had been treated with a bitter liquid to prevent animals from removing it. This wrap does not have any no-chew treatment This wrap is the basic style. We didn’t find a noticeable difference in whether our dog chewed it off / with the no chew formula or without.

I keep a basic pet first aid kit around for my dog, so I picked up this 6-pack of cohesive vet wrap to have on hand for minor injuries and paw issues. It’s the standard 2-inch width, and each roll is a good length, so you’re getting plenty for the price.
The material has a nice stretch to it, so you can wrap it snug without cutting off circulation. I tried it on a front paw after a small cut, and it stayed in place even with some light walking around the house. It’s breathable enough that it didn’t feel like it was trapping moisture, which is important if you’re leaving it on for a bit.
I wouldn’t call it fully waterproof in the sense of submerging it, but it does a decent job handling light moisture and outdoor use. It held up fine for short walks, though I’d still swap it out if it gets soaked.
Overall very happy with the product and the fun designs.

This AVINLI vet wrap set is something every pet owner should own. It is self-adhesive but without glue or any sticky residue. It stays in place for a lengthy amount of time.
This wrap would work for large animals or small animals. You cut it to size. The material is lightweight and not rigid. It seems to be breathable.
I feel like you could make the width of the wrap smaller, as needed, just by cutting it to the width you need.
The paw prints in the wrap add a little extra something to the wrap. The colors are great and the value is excellent!
I first used this wrap when I needed something for physical therapy purposes for my greyhound and his knuckling. It was an effective option since I couldn’t find what the physical therapists had used when they made the “boots”.
These are easy to use and should be in any pet first aid kit.

These pet bandage wraps work just like the human versions, only cuter with the paw print design. I tested them on my very fluffy dog and they stuck securely to themselves without any trouble at all. What surprised me most was that when I removed the wrap there wasn’t any hair stuck to it. This dog sheds constantly and fur sticks to everything, so that was genuinely impressive. The material has a nice stretch that makes it easy to apply while still allowing comfortable movement and it holds firmly based on how tightly you wrap it. It also resists twisting and bunching up during use which makes applying it much easier. You get a generous amount for the price, the bright colors help make an injured area obvious so people avoid bumping it and overall these just feel like well made, practical supplies to keep on hand for home pet first aid.

you never know when you might need it. This six pack includes two rolls of three different color. It also has a paw print design. All that is great, but you really want to be sure it works . My trusty sidekick Griffey volunteered to be the model. He is such a good actor that he’s faking an injury in the photo. As you can see the vet wrap stayed securely attached. This also works as a great bandage wrap for humans as well. As long as you don’t mind having dog paws – but in my opinion, that’s a plus . As far as this product goes, I believe that value and quality are the two main selling points and this vet tape has bath. At the time of this review, this product cost 5.99. I believe this is a very good value.
