Great price for double the size can! I love this product, not only for 1st aid! I use this product for prevention and treatment of fly strike on my mule. He will not wear any kind of fly boots as he rips them up within the 1st day or two. Stable flies love my mule’s blood, and none of my other equines get bit up like he does, even with 2 kinds of fly spray and SWAT lathered up on his lower front legs. So almost every day in June thru the end of August, I have to shampoo his front legs to remove all traces of blood, then apply swat mixed fly spray, then where flies have congregated and started the beginnings of a fly strike wound, I spray with this aluminum spray. Once dry, I mix polysporin and swat, then apply it to the fly strike area(s). Once that is done, I go back over the area again with a generous layer of the aluminum spray. Then overspray his whole body with piranha aerosol. This creates a nice shield from fly bites til the next night. After 8 years of dealing with stable flies, this regimen works the best for my Romeo! I buy about 4-6 cans every spring. This stuff is the ounce of prevention I need to ward off fly strike!

It’s a great emergency product to have for pets. I mainly used this on my horse. Theres a different brand that seems to work a tad better in terms of sticking better and lasting longer. But overall, great for larger wounds.
