This product is not what it says. Advertised as made in USA. Came in a packet made in China . Says it is bigger sticks than popsticks , it is not it’s just painted popsticks .
Not good quality could have made myself for under a dollar do not buy do not recommend. Wold not let my bird have it cheap China stuff !

Bonka Bird products are just fantastic, ok? I am pretty sure about 80% of what is in our green cheek conure’s cage right now is Bonka Bird products. They are well made, clean, and don’t have anything that could potentially be dangerous to your bird.
This toy is no different. Our bird Moxie has nibbled away at this one for a while but she was focused on one area closest to her perch. I realized after pulling the toy out, due to the way they have constructed this toy, I can just flip it upside down and she has a whole new area of sticks to nibble on! They seriously put thought into their products. We are Bonka customers for life.

Most toys my conure takes getting use to. When I put this in its cage it loved it and devoured it… It on its 3rd one. Have another waiting for it. I have one in its cage I thought was a great toy, all it did was ring the bell a few times, must be made of some nasty stuff so I no longer buy off the shelf, but go by reviews….

My African Greys LOVE this toy! I get them a new one every couple of months, as it doesn’t last long. However, every good parrot parent knows their birdies REQUIRE toys that can be destroyed, to keep them from plucking or self mutilating.
This little toy is a big winner!

I suppose durability depends upon the kind of bird you have. I should have known better than to get this for an African Grey. He tore it up in under 12 hours. I think the next one, I’ll give to me conure. The product itself is full of vibrant colors, which almost every bird enjoys. Most birds also enjoy something they can tear up. The wood is thin enough, I think even a conure would and can tear this up (and maybe last longer).

My bird(an orange winged Amazon) had great fun with this. She is not an aggressive chewer and does better with smaller toys, it lasted awhile for her. My only negative was with the packaging. It came in a bag not a box and some of the wooden pieces were broken upon arrival.

Its a product that’s a lot larger than you think. I thought it was going to be relatively small but would be considered medium sized. For a smaller style cage it would be way too small I should know. Needs to be on a medium to large size cage or perch for parrots like a macaw or equivalent size.

Our GCC instantly wanted to check out this staircase of bright colors and she was able to climb all around, to the top, back to the bottom so for the price I am very happy with how big it is! I really like how it isn’t like most other wooden parrot toys, the wood is very thick which isn’t a bad thing but it makes it harder for her to pick at and shred (as she loves to do!) This one is sturdy but the wood is just right for her to be able to tear up without losing interest when she doesn’t seem to get very far. We will definitely be buying again once it’s time to replace!
