This warming plate works great in my parakeet cage! I keep a thermometer in the cage as well, and it has kept the cage at a steady 68 degrees. Winters are rough for my bird, but this has made a huge difference! I’m glad I purchased it!

This is a good heater to put on my bird’s cage. it gets cold in our house during the winter months and I like to make sure my bird stays warm at night. It is well made and the everything is well wrapped so that she won’t be able to chew through any cords. The heater gets warm but not hot which is how I want it to be.

It’s a cold night here so I set this up my conure sleeps in a cage next to my bed,as I laid there I thought it looked and felt lot like Teflon so I went to disconnect the plug which was only on 15 minutes and it was SO HOT. Had I left it on I have no doubt it would have been a fire hazard.

Perfect for my cold winter house! I placed this where the birds like to hang out in their cage. It keeps them warm without over heating them. They can choose to get closer for more warmth, or get father away if they don’t want it. Very disappointing this thing burns your cubes even the one that came in the package. Even burned my portable charger. They all don’t work anymore no thanks to this stupid thing. I wanted to use this just in case the power cuts of for my bird but nevermind iam returning this $64 bull crap bird heater.

We now have 2 of these heaters in our large aviary and keeps the cage cozy and warm day and night. Of course the aviary needs to be thermally covered each night to enable the heaters to heat and maintain a satisfactory temperature. They consume negligible power using the 5V 3A power supply. Very well made and attaches securely. Came from USA in very good time and arrived before the initial estimated delivery date. Excellent value for money in my opinion.

My bird, Mango, loves his new heater. He’s been in that corner of the cage since I installed it. It provides warmth. It’s not hot. Just warm enough that it’s comfortable for him. I highly recommend this product for your birds.

The heater itself is Just fine no problems so Yes happy with that.
Problem was that the supplied plug device ( similar to a mobile phone charger) did not have an Australian Socket pins pattern so I was not able to use it. When I supplied my address for postage it clearly stated Australia so why was i sent a plug device only suitable for use Overseas ? Had to buy a new one which cost me AUD $ 22,
Not Happy and not holding my breath for an apology or a refund.

Learned my parakeet needs to live in tropics or die. Clipped up a heating pad to the side of his cage & my electricity bill went to $300 that month.
Ordered this Bird Heater knowing a bird needs to nestle against it – it really isn’t radiant. We call it a black monolith, apparently not cuddly. 1st weeks he avoided that side of the cage. Moved perches to encourage proximity. Moved the food dish under the Pad, he only ate from the farthest side of the dish. Finally stuck a compact mirror on its black surface & he will now get closer to eat from the center of his dish. Still won’t stand by it but at least he knows his seeds are warmer.

This is a very good little heater that has lasted me 2 years now and stays plugged up just about 24/365. My Quaker LOVES this with a little fuzzy bird snuggle blanket in front of it. Works for us just fine! I have had to replace the power cord which thankfully was sold separately but it was due to my human error that it was damaged. Could be a tad warmer but I really have no experience with other heaters for comparison and my Beeper hasn’t ever complained so I won’t either. Would recommend definitely!
