Used these as a gift for a party favor. I added them on top of a mason jar filled with birdseed. Looks absolutely beautiful on them. When opening the bag, it is a little messy with the pieces coming off of the nest. But once the nest is put in place for your project, it does not shed or break off.

They are smaller than I expected but they look so cute and natural, so I kept them.

I had hoped to use these on top of a corded Christmas tree I was making; however, they did not work out. Vanessa were actually too big even though they’re advertises being small. It just did not work for me, but the quality was very good. If it’s something you can use I’d say go for it.
