Perhaps these would work on a blanket for a mini, however the straps were way too small for my QH

The leg straps on my calf jacket had stretched out (mini horse jacket) after several washings and these were a perfect replacement, they are shorter, which is what I wanted and have not stretched out like the original ones did. They haven’t been washed as much yet but comparable to the same number of washings, they have not stretched out, they are thicker and much more durable as well

They were great size for my mini horse but had to use extenders for my full size horse. Great quality, stretchy and elastic is very good.
