My parakeet’s favorite perch. Keeps nails trim & various grip sizes are good for their feet. EASY to attach to the side of the cage – no washers or little wing nuts to drop.
AGG –
Have used these for several years for my little bird. They hold up and clean well. My old one lasted over 5 years but the gripper that hold on to the cage finally was stripped so had to replace. Fair price and quick shipping.

ast shipping. Good quality product. Excellent purchase.

It took at least a few weeks before a bird finally sat on the perch. Apparently, throwing rocks at them does nothing to convince them to sit down. Then, slowly, more and more birds started sitting on it.
Just kidding about throwing rocks.
I bought two of these perches. The first one is still going strong. The 2nd one had stripped threads, so I couldn’t tighten the nut to the perch, and I had to throw it out. I’m sure I didn’t strip the threads, but they came pre-stripped.

My parakeets absolutely love it. Would buy it again.
Pat Hart-Bowen –
These are great for my birds. They can trim their nails and beaks and the varying size, helps them to avoid arthritis in their feet from being in the same position. I own 5.
Sarah Grubman –
works so great, but the only problem is that my Tiel tends to pick at it and i can see He licks it. i just want to know if it will harm Him.
TessaG –
These perches are by far my favorite, even compared to the natural branches. They clean up quite easily, and the birds love them – sturdy, they stay in place when fixed to the cage, and the birds like to rub their beaks on them to clean them.

Perfect hope your parakeeet. Have 2 perches in cage. Keeps nails trim. Sand doesn’t flake off.

My 2 Cockatiels really needed a second perch for their Bird cage! They always fight over stuff so a second one was needed! They love it! Perfect.
Lisa Dreyer –
Great idea had to buy large washers as the cage bars are a bit far apart for the nut
