This review is for Lyrow 2 Pcs Mexican Donkey Costume Accessories sombrero and poncho set.
We’ve got a grumpy old mule that runs our place and he is wearing this right now like he’s headlining his own parade. The poncho lays across his back with those loud rainbow stripes and white fringe bouncing around when he walks. The straw sombrero sits between his ears and the chin tie keeps it from sliding off while he’s busy ignoring everyone.
The colors are bright. Not subtle at all. You see him and you start laughing, simple as that. We’re using it for backyard parties and random photo ops and people stop what they’re doing when he comes around the corner. Phones come out fast.
It’s lightweight so he can move around and do his normal mule stuff without fighting it. The poncho drapes well and doesn’t hang down into his legs. The hat stays on unless he decides to get dramatic and rub against a post.
For the price this is pure entertainment. Lyrow nailed the size and the look for a standard donkey build. If you’ve got an animal with personality and you want instant attention, this outfit handles that part easy.

Pretty decent costume for a wire donkey that I have in my garden. Has held up well in the weather outside. The hat is really sturdy. The cape is still intact. Hasn’t faded at all.

The holes in the hat won’t fit any donkey or horse, they are very far apart. I will be returning.

Very cute but much larger than expected for my donkey and his ears would not go in the hat like the picture used for advertisement
