It’s hard to write a review on something that I haven’t. personally used. But our pet lizard reports that he really likes it and his life satisfaction has gone up substantially. So i guess its 5 stars from him

The media could not be loaded.
This is very easy to assemble. The water flow at half is sufficient. The smell of candles Al ot of people stated. I didn’t smell at all when opening the box. I had to put it up to my nose just to smell “candle” faintly. It’s a nice size structure, sturdy. It’s quiet. The video is the pump at halfway setting.
It looks really nice in the enclosure. Beardie hasn’t used it yet . Unless it’s when I’m not looking. Haha.

The pump warms up the water with unpleasant smell then after a half day it starts make loud noises that keep everyone up at night. My leopard gecko never drank water from it for the 3 days I had it in the cage

If you buy this and live outside the USA make sure you buy a convertor for the plug. I was told it would come with a 3 prong UK plug and it’s arrived with an American 2 prong plug so now will have to spend more money on a convertor

Worked for one day then stopped working. Very disappointing as it was a gift. Can’t seem to find a water fountain that works for more than a couple of days.

Super easy to set up, great little pump that fits well in the enclosure, and can be very quiet if you fill it with enough water and adjust the hose a bit.

I really like this thing, but it smells terribly of paint. i’m extremely nervous that my beastie will become sick drinking from it. when i cleaned it, i was able to scrape paint off the bottom. this is very concerning. the concept is super cute and it works well, but the paint is off putting. going to give it one more try before deciding to return.
