I used these when we have brand new baby chicks. they are small enough to wear these the first week or two and then grow out of them. Bantam chicks can wear them a bit longer. it allows me to have them in the house the first couple weeks without all the mess to clean up and gives the birds a chance to stay nice and warm and less sick. Easy to use. good size but also can be used as a pattern for bigger ones if you are crafty and want to make your own to custom fit your bird sizes.

It’s got tiny holes for tiny buttons try putting it on a duck that hurt trying to get away from you and you have arthritis in your one hand it won’t stay on they slip out of it but the time you get it on the duck it has it off your hand hurts probably scratched up and bleeding because you gotta get it even so your trying to count tiny holes while holding a squirmy duck by the end of it you throw it away wasting your money and you and your duck are pissed off maybe it should be easier to put on cause soon as you put the whole tail in they go nuts and it takes to long to it on especially for older people my little ducky was traumatized cause I got pissed off and it wasn’t his fault and no I didn’t hurt my bird I just yelled at him to be still the fact I raised my voice freaked him out

I wouldn’t say these are bad overall, just not good for chickens. Ducks have significantly smaller tail feathers compared to chickens, and didn’t fit comfortably for my hen. The way the straps rest on the neck joint-back area was unnatural and made my hen walk funny. The designs are cute, and I really wish these could have worked, but I’m afraid these diapers are a bust for chickens.
