I love the product but it came with external poles to support the cat hammocks and the top two are slightly too short to stay held in their tabs properly when a pets weight is in the hammocks. The poles pop out with slight movement of the catio or the pet and then the support is gone in the hammocks and it’s not safe or secure feeling to the cat. I tried to ask for replacement poles that are longer (the top ones should be the same length as the bottom ones it seems like) but was told had to return the entire product. This does not good if this is just how they normally ship the product. So, we are let to figure out how to rig it up right ourselves somehow, because we do not want to return the whole thing. MFG needs to become aware of this issue and correct their standard pole size for the upper two poles on this product for safety/security/stability for the pets wellbeing.

We bought this for our three year old cat who began bullying neighborhood cats, so she could no longer roam. It was very easy to set up and you can separate the tunnel or small tent – there are zipper doors to detach and close areas off. I love the portability and the size of this! We’ve only had it up for a few days and she’s tried to get out, biting, digging and clawing, but it’s kept her in and she’s adapting well. My only problem was it’s a missing loop on one side to secure the lower hammock, so it is too unstable for her to sit on. She doesn’t seem to like the hammocks – perhaps if there was a rod across the center or a base she might’ve been okay sitting on them. However the large zipper door allowed us put a small cat tree in and she’s fine ! Love that she can view and walk, and the size is just big enough. Also love that you can collapse it flat into the bag provided and take any of the three pieces with you. I will be moving it to different areas of the yard depending on what works best, once she’s adjusted to it.

This is super easy to put up and take down. Our cats enjoy hanging out in the catio and watching nature. Plan to use it for camping trips.

I love this catio! There’s a lot of room for my cat to roam around in and levels for him to lay down. It was easy to put together and easy to take down when we don’t want it up. We will be taking it camping with us, now! I recommend!

The cats love it, one of them was able to make a small hole in the mesh but that’s about it. Easy too install and uninstall.

This is my third outdoor cat tent. The “Pet Ease Cat Tower Tent” is by far the best and superior of the outdoor cat tents that I had purchased. Extremely easy to set up which is a plus for me. The price was comparable to other brands of outdoor cat tents. My one year old cat, “ Antares” loves jumping from one mesh bench to the top mesh bench. He also, enjoys laying off the ground and watch the people and birds pass by. There is enough room for my cat to play with his toys. This is the first outdoor tent I can truly say my cat is enjoying his outdoor time in. I highly recommend buying the Pet Easy Cat Tower Tent.

Excellent quality. Easy set up. Zippers for tunnels work well. The small house is challenging to fold into circle. The main tent easily assembles. My cat loves all the entrances in it and has great space to play

My cats love this thing! We keep it unzipped and they play in it as well as nap in it daily. Very easy to put together there is video to help. Great quality as well they play hard in this thing and haven’t destroyed in yet.

This is great! The tarp and netting do not get damaged by the cats’ claws. Our boys love it!
Easy to use, set up, and put away. It is portable, functional, and it’s generally great to use Outdoors.

Not to involved to get it put together but I always have issues on the break down , the folding part is always frustrating. My cat is getting used to it but I think it’s a major upgrade from the other one I have. The tunnel is much bigger and plenty of room for my one cat. It looks like a small hotel and the overall look is clean and neat and very appealing. It is very stable with or without using the stakes. I put her cat furniture in it so I don’t use the stakes . If I need them I have them.
