Great quality calcium block and perch. Perch mounts tightly, and our birds like to stand on and pec at them. We have ours mounted vertically which saves space in the cage. But, mounting is flexiable that way. I highly recommend!

My parakeet’s beak was getting overgrown. He seemed to have no interest in chewing the wood toys in the cage, although his cagemate did. I tried this stone perch kind of in desperation. I was so pleased when I saw him several times sitting on the stone, chewing away at one edge of it. I do think it has helped! The plastic washers for fastening the stone to the cage are very well made and very convenient to use.

These stands added lots of play spaces in the bird cage. They are great for a larger cage, offering places for your bird to stand and grind the beak. It also helps to keep the claws worn down. I placed them in a step-like arrangement and the bird hops happily from stand to stand. They have definitely added more play options for our bird, in addition to the health benefits for beak and feet.

They are really nice. Definitely don’t over tighten them I broke one. Definitely my fault for over twisting. Birds climb on them (Quakers) grown. They do fine. As well they hold up well to their chewing.
