Great fit. Air tight. The door is on the light side. Great for the cat but if too much wind it will blow open. Overall, happy with this choice.

Our cat loves the freedom of getting outside and back in. We love the quality, easy install and the freedom this gives our playful cat. I set an alarm on my cell so before dark every day we remember to lock the window so our kitten stays inside at night. The window came with a way to seal air from outside. Easy. Also, we don’t have windows with any bottom rails. And the design of this window still worked. Good engineering so different window designs and shapes will work. Well done to the engineers.

Resolved the issue of a path in and out of their room. Trying to get them to use the little door has been challenging since it is magnetized. However, one did figure it out. Still waiting on the other to get comfortable with the door closing on their tail. Great product. Fits perfectly and easy to install. The insert is very secure and durable. Very happy with product.

This is the coolest product! I was so nervous it wouldn’t work with my windows. My windows don’t have a bottom track but luckily it fits inside the side tracks where the window slides up and down. So far it’s been sturdy! It’s been fun watching my cats figure out how to get in and out and luckily they got the hang of it pretty quick!
Edit: I’ve had this for about two months now and I am having problems with the door blowing open in the wind. I know you can close one latch to prevent this but that would mean locking your cats outdoors. Just a caution when looking for window inserts make sure the door has strong magnets or if it can be replaced for future use. It’s also getting scratched up so I wish there was a way to replace the door flap.

I recently purchased this pet flap door and couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment it arrived, the packaging was neat and secure, and setup was simple and straightforward.
The design feels well built, and the features work exactly as advertised. I was placed in the bottom of a sash window and fit perfectly. The fit along the bottom and sides of window frame were so good I contemplated not using the included weather stripping but decided to use it anyway. It’s very user-friendly and intuitive, and I was able to start using it almost immediately. Performance has been reliable, even after months of use.
The build quality gives me confidence that it will last over time without issues. Considering the price, I think it offers great value for money.
