I just got a kitty and needed something big enough for her to stay safe in, but also durable and not bulky! This was absolutely what I needed! It was super easy to set up and very quick to put together! My cat loves to perch on top of it and when she does, it doesn’t sink or fall down. I definitely recommend this one for a safe boundary for you new cat!

As of this review posting, I have been in communication with the customer service team multiple times to resolve issues which have not been resolved yet. I will update my review accordingly.
Did a lot of research before making this purchase and given the dimensions, functions, ease of assembly and disassembly, I decided to make this purchase.
I’ve had a host of issues, the tunnel having a hole large enough for my cat to get its paw through, which will inevitably turn into a larger hole. If you wanted this just as a pet play tent without having the option to fully enclose, then it’s fine but given I bought this with the intention of being able to close the zippers fully, it doesn’t work for me!
I received a replacement product and this time the zippers literally were not the correct size. There are two parts to a zipper, one side with the hard end (pin) you put inside the zipper all the way to secure it and the other side with the zipper. If you look at my photos the plastic part literally does not physically fit. To make sure I wasn’t going crazy I even tried to fit it in without the moving zipper end. The pin is 2x the size of the zipper part it needs to go into so of course it doesn’t fit.
What does this mean? I have a bunch of cat tower and tunnel parts, none of which match to create the original product that I wanted – a safe and contained area for my cat. I could easily buy equivalent products that serve non enclosed functions of being a tent or a tunnel without being enclosed for much cheaper than what I paid for this product. Plus I’ve already wasted a week and more of my time trying to make broken products I’ve received work.
I thought maybe it was a one time fluke so asked for a replacement but now I’ve received 2 defective products already. I strongly believe in paying for products that work so this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
Customer service has been very nice and responsive during this time so that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1

Setup was extremely easy, it probably took me 10-15 mins to assemble everything. The support rods are sturdy and the material that the playpen is made of is thicker than I expected. I like that one of the tents is covered, so that my cats have the option to be hidden if they want. There’s a small pocket on the side of the larger tent that I stored the removable doors and pouch in, but it can be used for toys as well. The playpen is also much more spacious than I anticipated, so I don’t have to worry about my cats feeling cramped inside. Will def be using this for the cats when traveling for holidays or to play outside in the spring/summer.
If I had to make one change to it, I would have loved the door to the smaller tent be a roll-up door, same as the door to the larger tent. Still a really good playpen for the price.

This was too small for my kitten. Had to return it. It’s also was difficult to fold back down if you plan on traveling with it. It’s not ideal.

only had it a month and it tore up
the metal piece for the tunnel pierced the fabric and comes out.. plus I didn’t realize it was missing one of the small stakes that hold up the sides. basically a piece of crap and waste of money.

I used this when visiting family that aren’t cat lovers. So this was great for my cat. The larger area was for sleeping/lounging and the smaller was for his litter box. It was functional and worked for us. I have a black cat, so I believe all black cats are master escapers lol. Mines pushed his head up against the zipper to unzip the top of the larger cage. So if the top zipper were like the zippers on the side entrances then I wouldn’t be afraid to leave him untended for a few hours.
